HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

All orders above $50 are freight free anywhere in Australia. Order Under $50 are calculated by Australia Post.

You can track your order’s status with our courier online.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We ship Gloabbly but shipping charges do apply.

WHO DELIVERS YOUR PRODUCTS?

We use a combination of Australia Post, Fastway or TNT couriers for all our deliveries. We endeavor to ship our products between 24-48 hours days from when your is placed depending on stock availability. We will advise you immediately if there’s any delay.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We endevour to ship all orders between 24- 48 hours

Delivery times are as follows:

  • Eastern States: 2-3 working days from shipping date.
  • W.A and remote areas: approx. 5 working days from shipping date.

Please use a 9am-5pm street or business delivery address rather than a PO Box for boardcovers and other large items.

Someone must be home to take delivery of goods. If not, please nominate somewhere for our courier to leave the package

(eg. back veranda). NOTE: we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen goods.

HOW DO I RETURN MERCHANDISE?

Simply contact us and request a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).  Return the goods with a copy of your receipt and ensure you include the original packaging and tags together with the goods. 

We are not responsible for the return shipping so, for your protection, use a traceable and insured shipping method for your return. Refunds are available 30 days from date of purchase.

All returned items will be credited back to the credit/debit card used for the order. Once a return is processed you’ll be notified of the details via telephone or email.

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

Contact us with what you’d like to exchange. We are not responsible for the return shipping (i.e. from you to us) so, for your protection and ours, use a traceable and insured shipping method. Once we have received your return and worked out any price differences we’ll send you the exchange item. OC Impotrts will cover shipping back to you (i.e. from us to you) in the event of an exchange. Exchanges are valid 90 days from date of purchase.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE?

If you received damaged or incorrect merchandise please email us at info@onamission.com.au as soon as possible. If we made a mistake with your order, we will cover all shipping costs (i.e. from you to us and from us to you). Refunds are available 30 days from date of purchase.
